They should have taken a lesson from Google's book and used a dutch auction style IPO: money.cnn.com/2004/04/...hnology/googleauction/

From the S1 filling (sec.gov/Archives/edgar.../1271024/0001193125110...):
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated may, in its sole discretion, release all or some portion of the shares subject to lock-up agreements prior to expiration of the lock-up period.

Accidentally copied answer from other poll. However, the answer would work if replace "fire" here with PROSECUTE. (NO, JUST MAKE THEM FOLLOW THE US RULE OF LAW; PROSECUTE THEM IF THEY DO NOT.) If they are following the law, not committing securities fraud or other crimes, then the money they earn, they earned. The problem then is with the private FED Reserve and private BIS world bank to which it is attached: they are counterfeiting, which is illegal for a reason. Wall Street plays the cards it's dealt.
