I was very suprised how many times I do actually buy food from a 'fast food' outlet. I took "Fast Food" to mean anywhere where I buy a meal that someone else has prepared at high speed. That therefore would include bagguettes at subway, a dinner at the all you can eat chinese restaurant, and anywhere else where I buy a sandwich that is already made. That's my understanding of "fast food".
