That's because the intention of the article is not to prove Obama is from Kenya, but to prove how Obama and friends "manipulate his public persona".
Leaving the article aside since it has nothing to do with the poll question, the agents were either lied to by Obama (in which case they are neither liars nor racists, but Obama is a liar), thought he was from Kenya but didn't corroborate (in which case they are neither liars nor racists and neither is Obama) or they knew he wasn't from Kenya but decided it would be best to say he was (in which case they are liars, not sure about the racist part). 2 days ago
